CPAP Coverage
For a new or replacement CPAP or BIPAP, most insurances require a Sleep Study with a diagnosis of an AHI of 15 or greater ( moderate apnea ) along with a physicians prescription and appropriate claim forms completed.
If you have a sleep study already completed, contact us for any assistance with using your insurance for coverage.
Oxygen Therapy Coverage
