Why are online prices lower than in-store?

Our online store offers competitive equipment-only pricing for customers who prefer to purchase independently.

Our full-service options may include personalized equipment setup, education, clinical follow-up, warranty service coordination, and loaner equipment where applicable.

These additional services are not automatically included with online purchases. Applicable manufacturer warranties remain in effect.

Do you ship throughout Canada?

Shipping options depend on the product and destination. Available shipping methods and charges are provided during checkout.

For questions about larger medical equipment or special delivery requirements, please contact our team before ordering.

Does my online purchase include equipment setup?

Unless specifically stated in the product description, online prices do not include personalized setup, mask fitting, therapy education, clinical monitoring, or ongoing follow-up.

Customers requiring professional support can contact Alpine Healthcare to discuss available full-service options.

What warranty is included with my purchase?

Products are subject to their applicable manufacturer warranties and consumer protection rights.

Online equipment-only pricing does not automatically include additional full-service benefits such as loaner equipment or complimentary warranty shipping and handling.

Warranty conditions vary by product. Please contact us for specific details.

Can Alpine Healthcare assist with insurance and direct billing?

Yes. Our team can assist with insurance inquiries, required documentation, and available direct billing arrangements.

Insurance providers and programs may include Pacific Blue Cross, GreenShield, Canada Life, WorkSafeBC, and other eligible plans.
